Clayton Kershaw is the 20th pitcher in MLB history with 3,000 strikeouts
Kersh is just the fourth lefty on the list, joining CC Sabathia, Randy Johnson, and Steve Carlton. He is the third pitcher to do it all for one team, joining the Washington Senators’ Walter Johnson and the Cardinals’ great Bob Gibson.
The Giants' Justin Verlander and the Blue Jays' Max Scherzer are the other active members of the 3,000-strikeout club.
Watch the unabashed joy from Dave Roberts.
